8yrs of experience setting up and operating CNC machines
Must setup & operate mills and lathes in a safe & accurate manner
Must have basic knowledge of fixture use
Establish speeds and feed rates for the machine
Ability to sharpen drills, end mills, lathe bits
Must protect parts from damage before, during & after

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 3 years of experience in CNC machine maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing or production environment
Ability to read and interpret machine manuals, technical drawings, and schematics
Strong understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Ability and willingness to lift heavy components, work in confined spaces, and stand for extended periods
Flexibility to work overtime or on-call when necessary
ITAR/EAR compliance requirement: must be a U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident (green card holder) or otherwise classifiable as a “U.S. Person” under relevant regulations
