Consultants attend 8-10 appointments per week

Strong communicators who are comfortable leading conversations
Individuals who take coaching well and apply feedback
People with backgrounds in hospitality, customer service, leadership, education, competitive athletes, or other performance-based roles
Self-motivated professionals who want control over their income
Comfortable working evenings and weekends to match homeowner schedules
Paid, structured training designed to develop high-performing consultants

Uncapped commission structure - average earnings of $150k-$400k+ annually
