Position Title: Estimator/Project Manager – Residential Development
Location: St. Michael, MN
Salary Interval: Salary
Pay_Range: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00
Responsibilities and Duties: 1. Estimating and project management of residential earthwork projects for private clients.
Responsibilities and Duties: 2. Navigates and understands cost accounting for on-going projects including daily/weekly cost verifications, review/confirmation of daily logs, change orders, monthly project cost projections, approving project invoicing, etc.
