Initial Deep Cleaning & Organization Includes:
The initial project will involve a thorough deep cleaning of all household areas listed above, including:
Walls
Baseboards
Furniture surfaces
Stair areas
Carpet shampooing
Detailed household cleaning and reset work
Refrigerator and oven cleaning
Cabinet and seasoning/spice organization
Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and surface cleaning throughout the home
Organizing clothing, storage containers, closets, and household belongings
General decluttering and creating more functional household organization systems
Ongoing Weekly Maintenance Includes:
Routine cleaning and upkeep of all household areas
Sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and surface cleaning
Bathroom and kitchen maintenance cleaning
Periodic refrigerator, oven, cabinet, and kitchen organization upkeep as needed
Laundry assistance, including sorting, washing, folding, and/or putting away clothes, may be included or excluded depending on mutual agreement and household needs
Ongoing organization and household upkeep
Occasional household reset support during busier weeks as needed
Cleaning and organization priorities may vary from week to week depending on household needs

Compensation & Time Commitment:
Currently seeking support 1 day per week, with possible expansion to 2 days depending on household needs
Flexible scheduling based on mutual availability
We are flexible regarding the number of hours needed to complete the work thoroughly and effectively
Open to hourly or flat-rate pricing depending on experience and scope of work
We are open to discussing the best workflow and structure for maintaining the home effectively
Additional Information:
Cleaning supplies and equipment can be provided if needed, though housekeepers are welcome to use preferred professional supplies and equipment
Open to individual housekeepers or small cleaning teams
Additional household support or occasional errands may be discussed for the right candidate, though errands are not required
