Valid Class A CDL
Applicants must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in their state of residence
Non-excepted interstate DOT medical card required
1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years required, or 2 years of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 5 years
3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
Follow all federal and/or state laws, regulations, and/or agency rules, standards and guidelines
Regular, predictable, full attendance is an essential function of the job
English language proficiency
Work the required schedule, work at the specific location required, complete Penske employment application, submit to a background investigation (to include past employment, education, and criminal history) and drug screening required
This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation or designated as safety sensitive by the company
The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner is required
The associate must be able to see and hear; specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus
The associate must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs/23kg and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs/45kg
The associate must be able to legally operate a motor vehicle and safely and frequently enter/exit the vehicle as well as the rear cargo area

Valid Class A CDL (Commercial Driver's License)
Minimum of 3 years of Class A commercial driving experience, preferably with 53' trailers
Clean driving record in compliance with DOT regulation 49 CFR 383.51
High School Diploma or GED
Ability to perform physically demanding work without restriction
Basic knowledge of truck components and inspections
Strong safety mindset and customer service skills
Ability to work in all weather conditions
Lifting up to 50 pounds regularly
Climb in and out of the truck cab multiple times (40+ times)
Exposure to moving mechanical parts, fumes, vibration, and moderate noise levels
Frequent climbing, lifting, and physical activity required throughout the shift
Must be able to safely perform all essential job functions
