Minimum education of high school diploma or 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Have general knowledge and be able to work with computers and programs (G Suite Applications, Oracle, OTM, etc.).
Willingness to act as an additional material handling resource by taking a hands-on approach to day-to-day inbound/outbound/production activities.
Must regard safety as a core value; must serve as a role model for other employees and encourage adherence to safety practices, policies and procedures.
Must be able to actively contribute to a team-based environment, encourage open communication and positive interaction with peers and management to effectively reach a common goal.

Must have a strong detail orientation and be able to follow written and oral instructions.
Must be able to lift / push / pull up to 50 lbs.
Certified or willing to be certified on all PTC forklifts (Sit-down, Pole, Antler, Side Loader, etc.)
Must live with 20 miles of location
