Steel Operations General Superintendent - Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings

OSHA 30
Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in structural steel or pre-engineered metal building erection.
Significant experience leading steel erection crews, superintendents, and field operations across multiple sites.
Deep knowledge of PEMB erection procedures, structural framing, panel systems, sequencing, and constructability.
Proven capability to analyze erection drawings, structural blue prints, specifications, and project schedules.
Demonstrated experience coordinating cranes, heavy rigging operations, and field equipment logistics.
Valid OSHA 30 or ability to obtain
Valid driver's license with the ability to visit active jobsites regularly.

High School degree or GED.
Ability to stand, bend, twist, and climb ladders throughout complete shift.
Ability and willingness to work on roofs.
Must have basic math skills for inventory counts
And English verbal and written communication skills to be able to read purchase orders and communicate with team members.
Must be able to continually lift 50-100 lbs. of material throughout the day.
Some lifting over 100 lbs. will be required.
Must have a clean driving record
Adhering to all safety policies, including wearing safety harness and other required equipment.
