Minimum 7+ years of experience as a Civil Construction Superintendent
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred
Experience supervising heavy civil projects valued at $5–7+ million
Experience with Trimble GPS systems
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
Ability to develop and manage project schedules
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to drive projects to completion
Maintain regulatory and environmental compliance
Oversee company assets and understand project cost impacts
Interface directly with clients to maintain strong working relationships
Forecast and develop look-ahead schedules and two-week work plans
Manage field operations including labor, equipment, subcontractors, and materials
Supervise and coordinate crews of up to 20 field personnel
Knowledge of contract drawings and specifications

Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction experience in a Superintendent role within Massachusetts.
At least 3 years of experience using Procore and Bluebeam for project coordination and documentation.
Strong ability to lead subcontractors, coordinate project teams, and maintain project schedules.
Knowledge of construction safety practices and ability to enforce site compliance programs.
Massachusetts Construction Supervisors License (CSL) required or ability to obtain and maintain.
OSHA 30 certification along with First Aid and CPR credentials preferred.
