At least 3 (three) or more years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
At least 2 (two) or more years of assembly experience
At least 2 (two) or more years of experience utilizing measuring devices such as micrometers, gages, meters, calipers, and other measuring tools.
At least 2 (two) or more years of experience reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, written and/or verbal instructions.
At least 2 (two) or more years of experience fitting parts with close tolerances (example : 0.002)
An onsite industrial manufacturing position, with exposure to noise, heat, cold, fumes, and chemicals.
Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs.
Ability to knee, bend, climb a ladder, and work in restricted spaces, walk and stand for long periods of time.
Ability to work in high elevations, i.e., scissor lift.

High School Diploma or GED
3-5 years' experience in maintenance within a manufacturing environment; or an equivalent combination of training and experience
Ability to interpret documents such as procedure manuals, blueprints, schematics, charts, diagrams, etc.
Ability to use precision measuring devices including amp meters, electric meters, and hydraulic gauges
Basic understanding of systems, equipment, and schematics
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Good troubleshooting skills
Basic mathematical skills used to add, subtract, multiply, divide, and use decimals and fractions.
Ability to perform work in a mature and professional manner, demonstrate personal responsibility, and perform all assigned duties.
Electrical experience, preferably.
