Associate or Bachelor's degree in a technical field or comparable in depth factory/technical experience required.
5 years of assembly experience, preferably in equipment and electronic assembly
At least 3 years of supervisory/management experience
Experience with process improvement methods
Experience with quality improvement through the use of APQP quality methods
Training
Experience with Microsoft Office and ERP Systems.
