Grado Técnico de Handyman y/o Diploma de Escuela Superior o su equivalente
Tener por lo menos 3 años o más de experiencia en servicio técnico referente a instalación, troubleshooting, reparaciones en general, servicio y mantenimiento
Reparaciones y mantenimiento general: Realizar inspecciones rutinarias y solucionar problemas en paredes, puertas, losas de pisos, reparar y pintar puertas, ventanas, paredes, techos y otras partes del edificio
Plomería menor: Reparar llaves que gotean, destapar desagües y reparar o reemplazar componentes como inodoros y lavamanos
Carpintería e instalación: Instalar gabinetes, herrajes de puertas y accesorios
Mantenimiento exterior: Lavar a presión, realizar jardinería menor y reparar verjas
Buenas habilidades de comunicación
Entender diagramas técnicos y capacidad para calcular medidas y herramientas necesarias según el trabajo a realizarse
Comprender y seguir las regulaciones de salud y seguridad
Capacidad de trabajar bajo presión
Cumplir con las órdenes de trabajo (work orders) en el tiempo pautado
Orientado al servicio al cliente
Ser puntual y responsable

Ability to successfully complete a 3 week virtual training class
2 weeks of nesting
You cannot miss a day of training.
Successfully complete customer service assessment
Typing test on a computer (not compatible with mobile devices)
Must have 6 months of customer service experience.
High school diploma, GED, or college degree
Ability to work weekends (if needed based on call volumes).
You must have a home internet connection with 25 Download and 10 Upload Speed
Satellite internet and wireless internet are not acceptable.
Must be able to hardwire your work computer directly to your home modem via ethernet.
Must have a quiet, distraction free workspace.
Workspace must be clutter free, free of distraction, no one is allowed in workspace during working hours, no writing utensils, or unauthorized electronics in the work area.
Hours of Operation: 8:00AM – 11:00PM M-F, 8:00AM – 6:30PM Saturday
Production schedule is assigned during training and will fall between the hours of operation.
Must be flexible to work during hours of operation.
Training duration: 3 Weeks in a classroom and 2 weeks Nesting
