Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience in structural steel or pre-engineered metal building erection.
Significant experience leading steel erection crews, superintendents, and field operations across multiple sites.
Deep knowledge of PEMB erection procedures, structural framing, panel systems, sequencing, and constructability.
Proven capability to analyze erection drawings, structural blue prints, specifications, and project schedules.
Demonstrated experience coordinating cranes, heavy rigging operations, and field equipment logistics.
Valid OSHA 30 or ability to obtain
Valid driver's license with the ability to visit active jobsites regularly.

5–10 years of combined project/program management experience, including oversight of large-scale technology initiatives
5–7 years of information technology and/or business experience
Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across a portfolio — not just a single team — with strong prioritization and cross-team dependency management
Working knowledge of the SAFe Framework, along with risk, procurement, and change management methodologies
Strong facilitation, presentation, and executive communication skills
Strong conflict resolution, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
