Bachelor's degree in Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and process optimization, with hands‑on experience in time study/work measurement and automation technologies.
Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills with a practical, shop‑floor problem‑solving mindset.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills; able to work cross‑functionally and influence implementation.
Strong facilitation skills for cross‑functional workshops and alignment across shop floor and administrative value streams.
