Knowledge of mechanical systems, including bearings, gearboxes, motors, belts, chains, and drive systems
Working knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, and basic electrical systems (Sensors, VFDs, PLC, 24-480V, 3PH)
Competency in using hand tools, power tools, and precision measurement instruments
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with preventative and predictive maintenance practices and maintenance management systems (CMMS)
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and P&ID;'s
Ability to work flexible schedules, including overtime, weekends
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Walk or stand for majority of shift
Occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
Step, climb, bend, kneel, or crouch to access workspace
Operate in varied temperatures from extreme hot to extreme cold
Use of hands to feel/grab objects, operates tools and machine controls, and perform repetitive movements
Visual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
