Starting Salary Range: $24.04 - $28.87/hour, plus benefits
High school diploma, GED or equivalent
One year paid experience in general laborer work
Must be personally bondable for insurance purposes
Valid Washington State Driver's license and excellent driving record
Fair Housing Certification within 6 months of employment
Ability to speak and understand English
Basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry and appliance knowledge
Custodial and janitorial best practices

Basic Math Skills
