Familiarity with Statistical Process Control methods
Selected candidate may be required to complete training and certifications in two or more non-destructive testing (NDT) methods.
Ability to read and interpret simple to complex blueprints and engineering Drawings
Demonstrated knowledge of all standard measuring and gaging equipment, quality standards and techniques; applicable laws, codes, ordinances, and regulations; non-destructive and destruction testing techniques and principles; gaging methods and sampling plans
Intermediate math skills. Numbers, their operation and inter-relationships, including arithmetic, algebra, geometry, statistics, trigonometry, and their applications
Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to perform visual setup and dimensional inspection of complex parts and assemblies
Requires the ability to interface with all levels of personnel and work in a team environment

The position may require the ability to obtain and maintain applicable federal eligibility requirements for access to classified/sensitive information or matter which involves an extensive criminal and financial background investigation, drug test, previous employment, and reference verifications.
Must be able to wear and use personal protective equipment including but not limited to safety shoes, eyeglasses, coveralls, ear plugs and various monitoring equipment
Selected applicants are required to successfully complete a pre-employment check and drug screening.
Must be a U.S. citizen with no dual citizenship
Requires the ability to pass a visual acuity exam upon hire and annually thereafter (Near Vision must meet the Jaeger #1 test at less than 12 inches with one eye, natural or corrected) (NAS410)
Techniques, tools and instruments involved in the use of precision technical plans, inspection plans, blueprints, drawings and/or models
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Must be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) clearance

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or an Associate's degree with 2 years of related experience.
