Detention pay: $15 an hour detention after 2 hours per hour
Holiday pay: $140 per day
$50 per multi-stop
$300 per day for outsourcing work on other accounts.
$189.28/day if no work for driver is available.
Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have achieved annualized earnings of $83,000
