High school diploma required
No experience required, 2 years CDL driving experience preferred
A key component to this position is physical activity outside the cab while pulling a gas connection hose from the delivery truck to a gas storage tank. Ideal candidates must be physically capable of doing the daily work and enjoy a high volume of stops.
Desire to interact directly with all customers and positively represent Blossman
Prior route delivery experience preferred
A strong commitment to safety, consistent with company policy
The position requires customer service skills & occasional on-call duty
Blossman will assist in obtaining required endorsements
All CDL Drivers and Technicians participate in a company-paid 2 week Blossman Basics class in Ocean Springs, MS. This course provides our Gas Sales/Route Drivers with an overview of safety, propane delivery, and the on-site work at propane storage tanks including working with handheld computers.
