High school diploma or equivalent required
1-3 years of experience in quality control within a machining or manufacturing environment
Strong understanding of secondary machining processes and tolerancing
Proficiency in using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, pin gauges, etc.)
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications
Knowledge of GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) preferred
Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting
May require lifting of components and tools up to 25 lbs
