Ability to hand solder required, and must pass the internal certification process.
Dexterity to assemble small components required.
Position does not require any previous experience working with office software.
No formal educational credentials are required.
Specialized training or certification required.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a workbench.
Some moving of parts and from station to station and walking through the factory.
Occasional physical exertion including some lifting of objects weighing up to 25 pounds.
Must be able to perform repetitive soldering and assembly tasks.
Some areas in the building are not climate controlled.
Some exposure to heat, dust, or other factors of minor inconvenience.
Some exposure to hazards that might cause minor injury.

Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and mechanical ability
Ability to read blueprints and follow verbal instructions
Ability to read inspection equipment
Assembly techniques with focus on the following: Pneumatics, laser alignment, Bills of Material, CAD file reading, rigging, and other assembly-related tasks
Must be self-motivated team player and have a strong work ethic
The ability to work independently
Must have some personal hand tools such as sockets and wrenches
Willing to work overtime, including some Saturdays when requested
