High volume call center experience
Salesforce experience
Strong communication skills
Ability to use various systems and multitask
Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, and email regarding e-vouchers, denial conversion or any other issues related to a Rx claim
Accurately document each customer interaction, including the issue, actions taken, and resolution in the case management system
Follow up with customers on unresolved issues to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues when necessary
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of CMM services, updates, and known issues
Shift availability: Mon – Sat, must be available between 8a-7p CT (remotely)
May have to go to office 3-4 times a year
