The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to handle or feel; and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 15 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds. Bachelor's degree in business or public administration, human resources management, community organization, social or health sciences, or related field is required; or related equivalent experience.
Must meet strict medical and physical requirements, including immunizations required by the U.S. military.
A minimum of three years related experience in program management or related field is required.
Combination of candidate's education and general experience satisfies requirements so long as the total years equate to description's minimum education and general experience years combined (Management experience cannot be substituted)
Public speaking skills and the ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing are required.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with multiple priorities are essential.
U.S. citizenship is required.
Strong computer skills are required.
Periodically accompanies the military on deployments.
