Pay Details: $30.00 per hour
Experience working with case management, ticketing, or incident tracking systems
2+ years of experience in investigations, compliance, trust & safety, risk, or incident review roles
Experience reviewing rider, transportation, or mobility-related incidents
Experience documenting investigation findings clearly and maintaining accurate case records
Pay rate: $30/hr.
Ability to apply established policies and guidelines to make fair, consistent adjudication decisions
Experience identifying trends, risks, or recurring issues and escalating concerns appropriately
Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams including operations, customer support, and external stakeholders
