Western Oregon Regions: Salud Medical Center, Pacific Pediatrics, Rosewood Family Health Center, Rosewood Family Health Center at Lents, Lancaster Family Health Center at Beverly, Lancaster Family Health Center at Lancaster, Coastal Family Health Center, and Community Health Center Clatskanie
Able to assess and respond to diverse patient needs across all age groups
Must submit proof of completion for the required suicide prevention training during 1st week of onboarding.
