3–6 years of experience in production or biological manufacturing
Strong mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting ability, and basic computer skills
Must be able to lift 30+ lbs and remain on feet for 10 hours per shift; able to perform bending, twisting, reaching, and repetitive motion
Ability to work in a sterile environment with full PPE including scrubs, hair and beard covers, safety glasses, steel‑toe shoes, and Tyvek suits
Must follow cGMP SOPs, maintain accurate documentation, and comply with all gowning and safety requirements
Ability to work independently and in a team, adapt to changing workflows, and follow rotating schedules including weekends and holidays
