Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field
7+ years of experience in demand planning, forecasting
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with large, complex datasets at the SKU-location level.
Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, modeling, data analysis)
Experience with forecasting or planning systems (SAP, Anaplan, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder, or similar).
Deep understanding of demand variability, replenishment cycles, and distribution network dynamics.
Familiarity with warehouse fulfillment metrics (fill rate, order cycle time, DC throughput) and how they connect to demand accuracy.
Strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills across both operational and commercial functions.
Ability to influence cross-functional partners, including warehouse and operations leaders, without direct authority.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-SKU, multi-DC environment where speed and accuracy both matter.
Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization, tailoring communication with ease to best connect with a target audience.
This role is based in our headquarters office in Dunwoody, GA and requires a strong in-person presence.
Must be able to travel up to 10%.
