Sales Manager – Residential & Commercial Painting
In-home consultations with homeowners to assess residential painting projects
Manage residential and light commercial sales opportunities from lead to close
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to support successful project execution
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Strong sales ability with confidence closing deals and negotiating agreements
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously
Close projects by securing signed agreements and project deposits
Monitor and maintain accurate pipeline tracking
Comfortable using CRM systems and digital tools for pipeline tracking
Participate in weekly sales meetings, forecasting, and performance reviews
Consistent follow-up habits and attention to detail in estimates and proposals
Location: Boise/Treasure Valley, ID

Base Salary
Maintain accurate CRM records and track the sales pipeline
Prepare accurate estimates and professional proposals for painting services
Follow up consistently with prospects to improve close rates
Interest in mentoring and supporting developing sales team members
Ensure estimates meet company pricing guidelines and margin standards
Experience in construction, home services, estimating, or related industries is helpful but not required
Support and mentor developing sales representatives when needed
Monitor performance metrics to maintain sales system efficiency and profitability
Excellent communication skills with homeowners, contractors, and internal teams
