Assembly with basic hand tools experience
Must be comfortable working with high heat torching tool and wearing personal Protective Equipment (PPE) including but not limited to safety shoes, heat safety suit, and gloves
Demonstrate competency in written and verbal English communications to understand safety protocols, hazard communications, and standard operational procedures (SOPs) required to ensure the safety of the employee and others on the manufacturing floor
Excellent time management skills, with proven ability to meet deadlines
Ability to work effectively with all levels within the organization
Ability to stand for long periods of time and continuously lift up to 50 lbs
