Experience in mechanical, electrical, or electronic assembly in a manufacturing environment
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and basic assembly equipment safely and effectively
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for working with small or detailed parts
Ability to read and follow work instructions, drawings, or assembly documentation
Strong attention to detail, quality, and productivity standards
Ability to follow safety policies and procedures
Dependable attendance and ability to communicate schedule changes as needed

Structural Fabricator/Welder

Monday–Friday from 6:00 AM–2:30 PM
With optional overtime on Saturdays
$26 - $30/Hour
Steel Fabrication: 5 years (Required)
Read and understand shop drawings and layout stairs and rails accordingly.
Determine the most efficient fabrication method based on shop drawings.
Set up components for welding according to shop drawings and specifications.
Operate hand tools and shop equipment to prepare the parts for welding and assembly.
Align and fit up components accurately and according to shop drawings.
Weld components using manual or semi-automatic welding equipment in various positions.
Inspect final assemblies for accuracy prior to shipping.
Proven experience in miscellaneous and structural fabrication
Experience using a variety of welding equipment and procedures.
Experience in using common shop fabrication equipment such as ironworkers, saws, mag drills, etc.
Ability to read and interpret design drawings and shop drawings.
Willingness to adhere to company safety policies
