High school diploma or GED preferred
One to three years of manufacturing or assembly experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation
Strong manual dexterity with the ability to assemble small and detailed components
Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Ability to lift 20–50 pounds occasionally, 10–25 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds continuously
Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods throughout the workday
Strong hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and visual acuity
Comfortable using a variety of hand tools and precision measuring instruments, including: Calipers, Micrometers, Specialized manufacturing measuring equipment
Ability to work around industrial cleaning chemicals and manufacturing oils while following established safety protocols
