5+ years of experience in concrete finishing, repair, or restoration, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role (or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience)
In-depth knowledge of grinding, polishing, coatings, resurfacing systems, and advanced surface preparation techniques
Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, finish specifications, and project plans
Strong understanding of OSHA regulations and the ability to enforce job site compliance
