Proficiency in creating and managing purchase orders and complex change order documentation
Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
Location: Reisterstown, MD (hybrid availability)
Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel for financial tracking and Word for contracts
Proven ability to manage subcontractor relationships and documentation with high attention to detail
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the construction or trades industry

Familiarity with USACE/NAVFAC specifications and the federal construction process

Must be able to pass State & Federal background checks for access to military bases and federal facilities
Relocation to project sites required (6-18 month durations)
10+ years preferred
High School diploma or GED required
Valid USACE Contractor Quality Control Management (CQCM) certificate (required)
OSHA 30 and EM385 certifications required
