8 years of related work experience as a Project Manager with scheduling responsibilities
Must understand complex schedule issues and coordinate the appropriate personnel to obtain and validate schedule information
Must maintain master schedules for project tasks including preparation, updating, revising, maintaining, coordinating and communicating project schedules to team members, management and the client

Ability to read and interpret sketches, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, practices, techniques, tools, and equipment
Working knowledge of national, state, and local building codes, OSHA regulations, and industry safety standards related to electrical work
Proficiency in using standard hand and power tools for electrical maintenance
Ability to safely and effectively use ladders and scaffolding
Ability to perform electrical maintenance and repairs independently, while supporting more complex project work as needed
Capable of completing small to mid-sized projects from planning through installation
Demonstrated ability to suggest improvements to processes and procedures
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Basic math skills, including the ability to work with whole numbers, fractions, and decimals
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to read, write, and speak English
