Valid driver's license and ability to meet jobsite security/badging requirements
Minimum 5 years of construction experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory/leadership role
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent technical experience preferred
Must be able to pass a background check, have a valid driver license and an insurable driving record
OSHA 30-hour certification required
Proficiency with Microsoft 365, MS Project, and Procore

3–5+ years experience as a Superintendent in marine construction (REQUIRED)
Protective safety gear (hard hat, boots, high-vis vest or shirt, eye wear)
Must have knowledge of the language (vocabulary) used in the construction trade.
Must be able to accurately forecast and monitor work schedule to ensure on-time completion.
Strong understanding of construction scheduling, planning, and execution
Must be able to drive project forward by forecasting work and maintaining a steady work progression.
Must be punctual and accountable and maintain a valid driver's license.
