Minimum 1 year manufacturing experience required with knowledge and understanding of manufacturing principles such as Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity.
Proficient Hand-Eye Dexterity & Motor Skills for intricate/delicate work
Must be able to work with small parts in a clean room environment, using a microscope
Must have good time management skills to work on numerous projects (sometimes simultaneously)
Attention to Detail (following bill of material, job routers, and understanding drawings/prints)
Must be able to move materials weighing up to 50 pounds
Must be able to remain in stationary position 75% of the time
Must be able to operate machinery
