Must be at least 21 years of age
Must be able to read and speak basic English
Must be able to meet and maintain required productivity standards per hour
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
Ability to push/pull up to 250 lbs
Ability to operate a 2- to 4-wheel handcart
Must be able to stand, walk, twist, bend, stoop, kneel, squat, turn, and reach for extended periods
Must be able to reach overhead, at waist level, and from the floor
Must be able to safely step in and out of and operate a company route truck in accordance with company practices and DOT regulations
Must be able to work in temperatures ranging from 35°F to 75°F
Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and support varying operational demands, including weekends and holidays
Previous warehouse, distribution, or food production experience (preferred but listed under preferred qualifications, not to be included here)
Must be able to reach overhead, at a waist level, and from the floor
