Bachelor's Degree, preferably in an engineering or technical discipline, and a minimum of ten (10) years' experience in manufacturing
Must be able to communicate with peers and subordinates
Proficient in problem-solving and statistical analysis techniques
Must have working knowledge of ISO or QS9001 quality systems or the latest version
Should have training and proficiency in geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, ability to read and interpret blueprints, product standards (internal as well as external to Snap-on) and requirements
Must have basic knowledge of production machines, tool & fixture design, and safe operating practices and procedures and basic understanding of mathematical principles
Demonstrated experience with FMEA, Six Sigma, SPC, DOE and other quality or technical tools
Leadership ability to provide guidance and direction
Minimum of five (5) years experience related to inspection techniques and procedures

Oversee quality control functions across 4 asphalt plants, 6 quarries, and 1 resale yard
Lead, train, and develop Quality Control Technicians, Roadway Technicians, Drone Pilots, and lab personnel across multiple sites
Demonstrated knowledge of asphalt and aggregate testing and mix design procedures
Certifications in Soils & Aggregate Testing and Hot Mix Asphalt preferred (TDOT certifications a plus)
Drive a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence across all facilities
Minimum 5-7 years' experience in aggregates and asphalt operations required
Demonstrated ability to lead safety, quality, and cost control throughout our existing operations, while supporting continued growth across the region
Ability to work cross-functionally with operations and senior leadership to improve product quality and drive differentiation
Bachelor's degree related to construction technology, engineering, geosciences, manufacturing, or another related field preferred
Minimum 3+ years managing QC labs and multi-site operations preferred
Support environmental compliance efforts and site condition assessments, including assisting with permits, inspections, and geotechnical evaluations as needed
