This position requires a bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Physics, Information Systems, Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Plus 5 years of experience as a Manufacturing Manager, Manufacturing Supervisor or occupation involving Lean Manufacturing.
Additionally, the applicant must have employment experience with: (1) Coordinating with cross-functional departments for internation high volume automotive manufacturing launch projects (IPN); (2) Problem solving techniques (SHAININ, 8D, or Kepner Tregoe); (3) Method-Time Measurement (MTM), MODAPTS or MOST; (4) MAE / capital investment approval request and Capital Expenditure Analysis (CEA); and (5) Preparation of manufacturing cost planning scenarios (MoB, BP, or EBIT).
