High school diploma or equivalent with relevant trade certifications as required by client scope or local jurisdiction
Minimum 3 years of general maintenance experience in commercial or institutional facilities
Valid driver's license with safe driving record and ability to drive company vehicles safely in various weather and traffic conditions, sometimes requiring long distance travel throughout designated portfolio.
Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building systems with HVAC knowledge as required by client scope
Demonstrated ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficiency using computerized work order systems (CMMS) and basic tablet or mobile device applications
Strong commitment to meeting service level agreements, response time standards, and safety procedures
Ability to lift a minimum of 80 lbs., use ladders up to 30 ft, and possess mechanical and electrical aptitude.
Ability to frequently climb, bend, kneel, and lifting
Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, with ability to represent the company professionally with clients
