Four year college degree or equivalent experience in chemistry, microbiology, mathematics, statistics, or food science preferred.
Three years of production experience preferred (food manufacturing experience strongly desired).
Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English.
Reliable attendance and commitment to safety procedures.
Flexibility to work overtime and/or alternate shifts as business needs require.

Bachelor's degree in Quality, Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or related technical discipline.
4+ years in quality assurance, quality control, or manufacturing engineering.
Strong understanding of QMS principles, regulatory standards, and modern quality methodologies.
