Pass a standardized color blindness test
Minimum one year of experience as a phlebotomist
Minimum one year of experience in a coordinator, lead or supervisory role
Knowledge of phlebotomy procedures, techniques, and role responsibilities
Flexibility to work overtime as needed

Provide coverage and travel to various sites to perform phlebotomy job duties

Manage and monitor patient flow, wait times, inventory levels and information logs

Review daily/weekly schedule with supervisor and making schedule adjustments as needed
Promote teamwork, cohesiveness and effective communication among coworkers
Perform all duties of a phlebotomist and site coordinator as needed
