Help coordinate production workflow and keep things running smoothly during the shift
Strong attention to detail and quality
Mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot basic issues
This position is temp-to-hire, paying $23–25/hour plus shift differential
Maintain safety, quality, and production standards
Ability to stand and work for extended periods
Operate forklifts and production equipment
Learn the full process with the goal of growing into more responsibility over time
Step into different roles on the line as needed to support production
Monitor production processes and troubleshoot mechanical or process issues
Communicate with maintenance, quality, and management to resolve issues
Train and assist other employees on equipment and procedures
Assist with raw material handling, batching, and production setup
Basic computer and Excel skills required
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable and able to work independently
This position will train on 1st shift before moving to 3rd shift full time
Perform quality checks and ensure product specifications are met
Machine operating or production line experience
Track production batches, inventory, and production data using computer systems
Previous manufacturing or production experience
Shifts are Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day
There is a strong emphasis on attention to detail, following processes, and identifying and solving issues as they come up

Organizational Skills
Minimum of 6 months work experience preferred
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00AM - 4:30PM (based on preferred qualifications) and may require mandatory overtime during high volume periods and working on company-recognized holidays

This role is VARIABLE REMOTE, with some work from home opportunity and some in the office, dependent on company policy
Working knowledge of MS Office and email applications such as Outlook using multiple screens and windows
