2+ years of experience in backend engineering, AI automation, or complex systems integration
Proven ability to build and maintain production-grade software with modular separation (e.g., distinct services for data parsing, logic processing, and reporting)
Strong command of at least two major languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Go, or Java) and experience working with SQL databases
Practical experience building for live, non-mocked environments and handling multi-turn system interactions
Outstanding attention to detail and the ability to provide clear, high-density technical feedback on complex system behaviors
This is a 1099 contract opportunity on the Outlier.ai platform

Load and unload trucks by hand with accuracy and care. No forklifts required!
Read and interpret customer orders and shipping labels to ensure correct delivery.
Inspect materials for quality and accuracy based on established guidelines.
Stay on your feet and move throughout an 8-10 hour shift
Perform repetitive motions involving hands, wrists, and arms
Safely lift, pull, and push items weighing up to 100 lbs
Experience working in a warehouse or shipping environment
Familiarity with basic computer systems or inventory software
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Schedule: Monday - Thursday Days: 5:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Evenings: 3:30 p.m. - 1:30 a.m.
