Experience with quality control inspections in a manufacturing environment using tools such as meters, gauges, computers, and calipers
Knowledge of geo met ric dimensioning and tolerancing in a quality assurance role
Knowledge of inspections of received, in-process, first article, and final mechanical and electrical parts and assemblies
Ability to produce detailed inspection reports
Ability to develop inspection and test approaches for parts produced in-house and items and materials received from third-party vendors
Ability to maintain accurate data and documentation for all non-conformances
Ability to collaborate with the production team, shipping and receiving, engineers, project managers, and quality assurance to resolve quality issues
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical schematics
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance

Light commercial driver's license or equivalent required, depending on state law and be able to drive manual shift in some assignments.
Attain and maintain a DOT medical card.
Complete on-the-job and/or classroom training as required.
Demonstrate competency in the training requirements during probationary period to satisfy qualification achievement.
Previous operating experience with similar equipment is desirable.
Lift and move objects up to 120 pounds.
Use computers including hand-held devices to update work status and check new assignments.
Desire to work Monday through Friday with a shift length of 8hrs.
Ability to work mandatory overtime and holidays as service conditions require.
Eager to work outside in all kinds of weather conditions.
Able to utilize various types of machines and tools.
Read and interprets simple instructions.
May be required to go out of region/state due to workload and emergency work.
