Minimum 3 years of property maintenance experience in residential, hotel, or property management/rentals environments
Strong knowledge of home systems, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and smart technology
Experience mounting TVs and troubleshooting entertainment and security systems
Ability to diagnose issues and recommend solutions quickly
Detail-oriented with high-quality and safety standards
Comfortable climbing ladders, lifting heavy items, and working in tight spaces
Strong time management and responsiveness

Extensive expertise in servicing large-scale package units and complex commercial build-outs
Valid Universal EPA Certification
Clean driver's license
Lead advanced troubleshooting and repair efforts on massive commercial systems, including RTUs up to 150 tons
