This role requires strong technical skills in soldering and assembly
+2 years of experience in a similar role.
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Strong experience with soldering and electronic assembly
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
Experience using hand tools, measuring instruments, and testing equipment
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
High attention to detail and commitment to quality standard
This position may require exposure to export-controlled information and subject to additional security screening.

Ability to walk / stand 80% of the time.
Able to lift 5 lbs. constantly, 25 lbs. occasionally, and 50 lbs. infrequently. Above 50 lbs. with a team lift.
Must have the ability to understand and speak English, as well as read and write in English.
Ability to accurately read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals.
Experience in manufacturing, assembly, and packaging.
Experience in Aerospace, Energetic or Manufacturing Assembly.
Must be able to wear and maintain Personal Protective Equipment (safety eyewear, FR coat and pants, conductive shoes and full-face air purifying respirator as required)
Must display competent dexterity to insure safe handling of explosive devices.
Ability to obtain and maintain an ATF Possessor license.
Ability to pass a background and drug test
