3 years' experience as Industrial Maintenance Technician or ALPLA apprenticeship program required
Certification in PLC programming, robotics, or automation systems.
Industry certifications such as Certified Maintenance Technician (PMMI), Certified Automation Professional (CAP), or similar
Strong PLC and automation troubleshooting skills (automation inputs and outputs)
Excellent diagnostic skills for identifying and fixing mechanical issues.
Strong understanding of mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and electrical systems. Proficient in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
Certifications/Licenses: 10hour Osha
80% travel.
