Associate degree in Automation Technology, Electronics, or Mechatronics
5+ years of manufacturing experience (higher education or military experience may be considered)
Hands-on experience with PLC and bus system troubleshooting (Beckhoff TwinCAT preferred)
Must be able to stand and walk for up to 12 hours per shift
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
Sufficient vision to read schematics, perform inspections, and work with detailed machine components
Ability to train on 1st shift (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM) for 5 months Mon-Fri
Must be able to work night shift 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM on a 2-2-3 Schedule
Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics for troubleshooting purposes
Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety standards, and Lockout/Tagout procedures
Promote teamwork and maintain a safe, positive work environment
Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives
