Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, manufacturing, supply chain, or a related technical field.
7+ years of supplier quality, supplier development, quality engineering, or manufacturing quality experience in aerospace, defense, space, electronics manufacturing, or another high-reliability hardware environment.
Experience leading supplier quality activities, supplier corrective actions, audits, or supplier development efforts in a complex hardware environment.
Direct experience auditing or managing electronics suppliers, contract manufacturers, PCB suppliers, component suppliers, or other high-reliability manufacturing partners.
Working knowledge of AS9100 and relevant aerospace, defense, and electronics manufacturing standards such as IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, NASA-STD-8739, ECSS-Q-ST-70, or equivalent customer requirements.
Hands-on experience with First Article Inspection (AS9102 or equivalent), source inspection, supplier nonconformance management, and supplier corrective action.
Familiarity with counterfeit prevention and supply chain integrity practices such as AS5553, AS6081, GIDEP, or comparable industry approaches.
Strong communication skills and willingness to travel for supplier audits, source inspection, and CEM onboarding (estimated 20-50% travel during ramp-up).
