Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing Tools; Value Stream Mapping, 5s, Standardized Work, Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Error Proofing, Set up Reduction, Continuous Flow, & Pull Systems

Experience in aerospace or automotive.

Demonstrated use of structured problem-solving methods (i.e. 5Y, 8D, Fishbone)
Excellent PC skills, written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding of GD&T; inspection methods and equipment
Strong understanding of best practices in customer service
Demonstrated proficiency in Root Cause and Corrective Action analysis and suiting methodology.
Ability to travel - domestic and international

A minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in a manufacturing assembly, production environment, or cleanroom experience is essential.
Experience with small parts, small hand tools, equipment, and microscope.
Knowledge of Foreign Object Debris (FOD control.)
High School Diploma and basic computer skills are a necessity.
Possess excellent manual dexterity, manufacturing knowledge.
Ability to read and work from engineer drawings, work instructions and bills of material to understand the required parts and steps needed to complete the assigned assembly.
